What to Know
- Mustang Public Schools drives a lot of the demand here, and the district line is not the same shape as the city line. I verify it on every showing.
- The upper end of this market means acreage, custom build quality, a finished shop, and a storm shelter more often than it means square footage.
- Growth has been fast, which means build quality varies more than buyers expect. Knowing the builders matters here.
- Close enough to downtown OKC for the commute to work; far enough out that land is still on the table.
